How to return a product? Know everything about our return policy

How can I return a product that I bought from you?

If you have bought a wrong product or a product you don't need anymore or having regret of buying the product that you've just bought, then there is excellent news for you, we have a 60 days return policy.

In order to return a product, your product should be eligible for a return.

Your product should not be used and should be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We can't accept a product violating this policy. Make sure that all the hardware is in its original packaging, along with the outer sleeve, as these contain essential information to identify the product, such as the serial number. We cannot accept any piece of hardware if these conditions are not followed.

Feel free to keep any free gifts or samples received with the product. Those are for you.

Please, fill the provided form and return it with the product you want to return. If you are not able to get the form due to any reason, kindly put a hand-written note containing the information such as your name, address, email address, and order number. So we can be aware of where the product has come from.

Then, please go to this Freepost return link. This is meant to generate a label for the product you are returning. You will then receive a QR code on your email id that you can show at the post office, where they will print this for you.

Please check that the item you are returning is adequately packed, this will prevent it from any damaged on its way back to us. You can use anything to wrap the product well, but an old newspaper would be a good option. Don't hold it against us, but we draw the line at old socks.

 

Product Exceptions

There can be few products that are not eligible to return due to hygiene reasons. And they are:

Opened e-liquids

Tanks / Atomiser, containing the liquid or in used condition

Vape Kits which contain the liquid or are in used condition

Drip tips or mouthpieces that you have received

Opened coils

 

Exchanging Product

If you want to exchange the product you've bought. The fastest way is to re-order the new product you need and afterward use our return policy to return the unused product to get a quick refund. We'll process your refund once the product is back in our hands.

 

Product Refunds

Once the product is in our hands, identified, and falls under our eligibility criteria. The refund excluding any postage charges will be transferred to the provided account. This may take a few days so, please have some patience.

 

Not received refund

If, in any case, your refund is not transferred within seven working days. Please contact us first to check if it has been processed from our side. And if it is then, please contact your bank. Product clearance or Sale

Only the products with the regular price can be refunded; sadly, the sale products can't be refunded.
