1. How do I make my new account?

You can easily create your account with us by following steps listed below:

  1. Locate the person icon visible on the top right corner of your screen and click.
  2. Now select "create an account".
  3. Fill all the required details in the form.
  4. At last, hit "create an account."

 

2. How do I fill in a shipping address to my account?

Adding a shipping address to your account is rather a simple process. We also allow the addition of multiple addresses in a single account. The steps are as follows:

  1. Locate the person icon on the top right corner of your screen and select 'My orders'.
  2. Below "Account Details." Hit "View Addresses."
  3. Select "Add a New Address."
  4. Fill all the details. Check 'Set as default address' to use as the default address.
  5. Save the address by selecting 'Add a New Address.'
  6. Add multiple addresses by following the same process.

 

3. Where can I find my current and previous orders?
  1. Locate the person icon on the top right corner of your screen and select 'My Orders'.
  2. Select any of the order from the history to check each order in more detail

 

4. I do not remember my password - how to get access to my account?
  1. On the account login page, select 'Forgot your password?' option.
  2. Fill in your email address and Submit.
  3. Check your email to 'Reset your password'.
  4. Now type-in your new password and enter again to confirm and click then select 'Reset Password'.

 

5. How to drop a review?
  1. Once you have placed a new order, you will be getting two follow up emails.
  2. The first email will ask for your review of the product.
  3. The Second email will ask you to comment on your overall experience.

6. How to earn loyalty reward points?

You can earn loyalty reward points in the following manner:

  1. 1 vape point for every £1 spends online or offline store.
  2. 25 points on the birthday.
  3. Share our Facebook page, earn 25 points.
  4. Share a tweet on your twitter handle, earn 25 points.

 

7. How to create a loyalty reward account?

If you've signed up for Vape Fanaticz, you get 25 credit points. OR

  1. From any page, hit the pink button 'Your Rewards!'.
  2. Now select 'Join now' and sign up.
  3. Now fill the form and submit.

 

8. How to claim my rewards in the loyalty program?

After 125 points, you get a £5 reward voucher.

  2. Now the popup will show you the points you have.

 

9. Does Vape Fanaticz offer a referral scheme?

Yes, we offer a referral scheme.

  1. Can I get order updates on my phone via text?

Yes, It is possible. When you receive an email for order, locate and select the 'View your order’ icon' within your email. Then on the next page, find your order tracking number and select the option 'receive order updates via text', then simply enter your mobile number.

 

  1. Does Vape Fanaticz accept an order for outside the UK mainland?

Royal Mail International manages our overseas orders, and the postage cost depends on the weight of the order, which is calculated at the checkout.

  1. What is our standard time to fulfill the customers' orders?

If the order is placed before 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, then they are dispatched on the very same day. Orders that are placed after 3:30 pm Friday are shipped out on Monday.

1. Vape battery is not working
  1. Press on and off too often.
  2. Try changing your charger.
  3. Check if the terminals between your battery need some cleaning.

2. Mod's OLED screen keeps saying no atomizer.
  1. Check the tank if it's crooked and needs repair.
  2. Coil shouldn't be loose.
  3. The tank shouldn't overtighten.
  4. The coil may need to replace.

 

3. Can’t seem to get any draw from the vaping device.
  1. Battery should be switched on.
  2. Check if you have sufficient liquid in your tank.
  3. Check there is no hindrance between coil and vape battery.

 

4. Getting spitting or hearing gurgling sound while vaping.
  1. Remove the mouthpiece and flick the device towards the floor (better do it outside or into some tissue) to remove excess vape juice from the coil.
  2. The tank shouldn't be overfilled or over tightened.
  3. Take the tank apart and run it under warm water to get rid of excess juice. Properly dry with clean piece of kitchen roll before using it.

 

5. E-liquid is constantly leaking through the airflow
  1. Check and see if it’s time to replace the coil.
  2. Coil should securely tighten and not cross-threaded.
  3. Check if any O-rings on the coil are in place.
  4. Make sure if the device is designed for Direct-To-Lung vaping, then Mouth-To-Lung vaping may overheat the machine.

 

6. The OLED screen is blank. It doesn’t turn on.
  1. Check whether stealth mode is on in your mod. Or check the instruction manual for details.
  2. Check if the firmware needs to be updated.

 

7. E-liquids are looking darker in color.

  1. Try to keep liquid bottles in a cool and dry area inside the house.
  2. Check nicotine strength of e-liquid - higher nicotine levels usually oxidize quickly and might darken the liquid.
  3. Keep your tank clean.

 

8. Getting a dry drag or a bit of burnt taste whenever vaping.
  1. If the coil has been recently changed, make sure to prime it thoroughly.
  2. Check that you've left sufficient time for the e-liquid to saturate the cotton wicking material completely.

 

9. Having dry or sore throat whenever vaping.
  1. Take some water.
  2. Limit the number of puffs in succession.

 

10. Can’t seem to make big enough cloud from my vape.
  1. Check the VG or PG ratio of e-liquid. VG is the ingredient that helps in making the big clouds so try switching to high-VG vape juice.
  2. Check if your vaping device needs recharging.
  3. Check the coil isn't dry.
  4. By using a cotton bud, properly clean the dust or e-liquid build-up from connections.

 

11. Not getting desired amount of throat hit from my vape
  1. Check the VG or PG ratio of e-liquid. PG is the ingredient that causes throat hit, so try switching to high-PG vape juice.
  2. Check nicotine strength of e-liquid – if you have more freebase nicotine, the hit will definitely be stronger.
  3. Consider Menthol and citrus flavors over other sweeter-flavors as they deliver more of a throat hit.

 

12. Throat hit from my vape is much more than what I am looking for.
  1. Check the VG or PG ratio of e-liquid. VG is the ingredient that gives out smoother vape so try switching to high-VG vape juice.
  2. Try reducing the nicotine strength of e-liquid.
  3. If you don’t want to reduce the nicotine strength, use nicotine salt-based liquid instead.
  4. Try sweeter flavors rather than Menthol and citrus.

 

13. Need more nicotine hit from my vape.
  1. Try switching to high-nicotine strength e-liquid.
  2. Increase the machine’s power to get that bigger hit.
  3. Change your vaping style to long, gentle drags as they will give the best hit.
  4. Check your battery is charged enough.

 

14. Not getting much of the flavor from my e-liquid.
  1. Gently blow through the tank so that the flavor is released properly.
  2. You might need to flush your taste buds so take a sip of water.
  3. Oxidation can degrade the flavor of vape juice.

  1. What technique is different for 'mouth to lung' and 'direct to lung' vaping.

In mouth to lung (MTL/M2L), you first inhale the vapor to keep it in your mouth before breathing it fully into your lungs.

Direct to lung (DL) vaping is much closer to breathing normally.
