Here, the delivery services we offer to take your Vape Fanaticz orders to your doorstep. 

We have reduced our order time temporarily to 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), and 11:30 am on Saturday. And we have continued to work on the same day dispatch service.

*Vape Fanaticz offers free delivery on orders above £20 within the UK.

The orders placed with Royal Mail for delivery after 1:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (except bank holidays).

The orders placed with DPD for delivery after 11:30 am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday (except bank holiday).

To get delivery on Sunday, place your order after 1:00 pm on Friday or before 11:30 am on Saturday, and select DPD Local service as your delivery option.

 

DELIVERY WITHIN UK MAINLAND

Select Royal Mail and DPD Local as a delivery option for orders to deliver within the UK mainland.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY SERVICE

  • In general, two working days delivery time, but it may take up to 7 working days.
  • Deliveries are usually done in between Monday to Saturday
  • You can track orders completely
  • The orders under £20 attract a delivery charge of £2.99
  • Orders over £20 are free from the delivery charge.
  • (On orders over £60.00 signature is mandatory)

 

DPD IS A LOCAL DELIVERY OPTION

  • On the next day (two-day service for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands)
  • Deliveries every day
  • Collection points option and 1-hour delivery window with Total tracking service.
  • Signature is mandatory on delivery
  • The orders under £20 are charged £4.99,
  • The orders in between £20 to £59.99 are charged £3.99,
  • And the orders over £60 are charged £1.99

 

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL OPTION TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER BY 1 pm GUARANTEED

  • Your order will be delivered the next day by 1 pm guaranteed
  • Deliveries Monday to Saturday
  • A complete tracked service
  • Signature is mandatory for delivery
  • The orders below £20 are charged £9.99,
  • The orders between £20 - £59.99 are charged £6.99,
  • And the orders over £60 are charged £4.99.

 

Important:

  • We use discrete packaging for all our orders.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm between Monday to Friday will dispatch the next working day (except Sundays and bank holidays). UK orders for Sunday delivery has to be placed by 11:30 am on Saturday.
  • No delivery on Bank holidays.
  • The orders for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and most Channel Islands will be delivered by Royal Mail.
  • Orders can be shifted to DPD local service at times, and that will be informed in your fulfilled email from Vape Fanaticz.
  • The order notes help us to keep an eye on your order to deliver it safely. And it will not be seen by the delivery drivers.
  • If you do not receive your order within the time mentioned, try contacting us within ten days of the day we processed your order. Sadly we do not investigate or replace the order notified after ten working days.
  • If you noticed any difference with your delivery, please inform us quickly, so we could help resolve any problem.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

By reason of courier constraints, we are unable to deliver loose, lithium batteries, or more than two devices that contain battery cells. The orders regarding these products will be canceled and refunded.

The Royal Mail International and DPD International are the delivery option that we offer to deliver the orders internationally. The weight of your order will be considered to calculate your postage cost at checkout.

The service options we offer, depending on your location, are:

  • Tracked and Signed Royal Mail International Service - 3 to 15 days
  • Tracked and Signed DPD International Service – 2 to 7 days
  • Eventually, the vaping equipment imports could be complicated due to customs issues, tax or duties by local customs offices. And we cannot be held accountable for such matters.
  • Before ordering, make sure your country authorizes the vaping equipment imports. Any seized product by your local customs offices will need to be taken care of by the customer himself.
  • If any product is returned to us by the customs office, a refund will be processed, excluding any postage, customs costs, and fees incurred by us. We are also allowed to charge a 10% restocking fee.
  • In case any order does not arrive within the particular time, we are restricted (due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions) to wait up to 25 days before a claim can be made. Visit Royal Mail's official website to know more about their terms and condition.
